Position Summaries:

Faculty Soph LST (Head Soph/PA)

The Faculty LST is responsible for providing a robust academic and social transition with their Faculty Soph Team, Affiliated Faculty Council, and Undergraduate Affairs/Dean’s Office for new students during Orientation Week and throughout the academic year. The Faculty LST will work closely with Orientation Staff to fulfill their duties and help support other general Orientation initiatives.

***Please note that you must be dutifully enrolled as an undergraduate student registered at Western University for the 2026/27 & 2027/28 academic year. Also, previous experience in a Faculty Sophing role is required to apply for this position.***
