APPLICATION DEADLINE IS AUGUST 19TH, 2026 AT 11:00 AM . We are currently looking for 6 students to join the Elections Governance Board as Members for the 2026-2027 year. The Elections Governance Board Member (EGBM) works with the External Investigator to facilitate the administration of USC elections. They are responsible for the execution of Fall and Winter Elections, as well as the Vice-President External Affairs, and Vice-President University Affairs Elections. Please note that the key skills and abilities required for this position include: Communication, Policy Literacy, Critical Thinking, Decision Making, Integrity, and Time Management. This role will receive an honorarium of up to $1500, based on good attendance and participation. The role will require 0-5 hours per week between September and December, and fluctuating hours during the winter elections in January and February. This application includes a written form and a recorded interview through Spark Hire. After you submit the written portion you will be redirected to complete your interview portion. Both the written and interview portions need to be complete and submitted by the 11AM deadline on August 19th in order to be considered. Only successful candidates will be contacted.
