1. Describe 3 new initiatives or changes to soph team programming, culture, or traditions you would like to accomplish during your term. Describe your approach to working with others and the steps you would take to implement these initiatives.
2. A great relationship with your LST is crucial to the success of OWeek and the development of your team. How would you develop a good working relationship and rapport with your LST?
3. What does equity, diversity and inclusion mean to you, and how would you foster those values and goals in Orientation Week?
4. What role do you think Student Leaders at Western play in creating an environment where all students feel welcome regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, or sexual experiences?
