InfoSource - UCC - Curbside Pickup Request

USC InfoSource provides curb-side pickup for pre-paid merchandise and prizes for all USC Affliated Groups and to Non USC Affilated Groups for a small fee. We hold items for a two-week period and students simply need to show their student card to pick up their item.

Please fill out the following form and we will send you a pickup template that you fill out with individualized details. When a student comes to InfoSource to pick up their items, this will allow us to keep track of items picked up and ensure that the recipients are satisfied with service from beginning to end.
